Food-grade curved belt conveyors are available in 30°, 45°, 90° and 180° turning models, fully meeting the process requirements of various turning and conveying layouts.The conveyor belt adopts PU or other food-grade materials, complying with application standards for food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical and other industries.In addition to conveying regular materials, this food-grade curved belt conveyor also satisfies special conveying demands for oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, anti-static and other special materials.

Our Food Grade Curve Belt Conveyor is professionally designed for food processing, bakery, snack, fruit and beverage production lines.

It comes with standard conveyor belt widths: 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm and other regular sizes. Special non-standard widths can be customized strictly according to customers' actual site and production requirements.

The conveyor provides standard inside turning radius options: R600mm, R800mm, R1000mm, R1200mm and more. Custom special turning radii are also available to perfectly match workshop layout and line routing design.

Adopting food-grade PU/PVC conveyor belt, it fully complies with food hygiene standards, featuring oil resistance, easy cleaning and no material residue. The curved anti-slip belt structure ensures stable running at turning positions, effectively preventing granular, bulk and packaged materials from slipping or falling off during 90° and 180° turning transportation.

With compact and reasonable frame structure, this curve belt conveyor saves workshop floor space and connects each processing station seamlessly. Modular assembly design enables easy disassembly, daily cleaning and routine maintenance, supporting long-term continuous stable operation for food industry production.

After the inspection of the food-grade curved belt conveyor is completed, packaging shall be arranged immediately.The equipment shall be firstly wrapped with plastic bubble film, then loaded into fumigated wooden cases.Packing straps shall be used to reinforce and fasten the wooden cases tightly.Cartons with pallets may also be adopted for packaging as an alternative when necessary.Please refer to the attached photos for packaging details.
