Precautions for Linear Vibrating Screen Before Operation and After Shutdown
 

Check before Operation
● The screen mesh of the linear vibrating screen should not be damaged or blocked, and it should be pressed on the structural frame.
● Check if the amount of oil in the vibrator reaches the specified oil level and whether the vent hole is ventilated.
● Check the bolts to ensure tightness, especially the bolts that fix the vibrators. The damping spring must be intact.
● Turn the vibrator by hand or other methods, the rotation should be flexible, no jamming phenomenon.
● Check if there are any accumulated materials on the screen surface to prevent start-up difficulties.

 

Start-Up
● Press the start button of the linear vibrating screen before starting the motor.
● The material can be fed after the vibrator is running smoothly.

 

After Shutdown
● When the operation of linear vibrating screen is stopped, the motor shall be stopped after all materials on the screen are discharged.
● Check the equipment after stopping the machine, and do the maintenance of the linear vibrating screen.

 

Precautions When Installing Screens On Linear Vibrating Screens

 

 

The thicker the diameter of the sieve, the better the screening efficiency. The thicker the diameter of the screen, the better, as the installation process of the screen is more cumbersome.


When cutting the screen, ensure that the width of the screen and frame is consistent. Compared to the screen frame, the length of the screen must exceed 50 to 70 mm.


During the installation process, please ensure that the screen is being tightened as this will affect screening efficiency.


When installing a cleaning net device with a marble, it is necessary to consider the difficulty of screening efficiency and the size of the screen.


If the material quantity is large and the screen size is large, a support mesh should be installed below the screen. This is to achieve support by reducing the pressure on the screen. In addition, this will extend the service life of the screen.


After assembling the screen frame and the vibrating screen box, remember to slide the excess part of the screen into the discharge port to avoid material mixing.


When installing the platform, pay attention to the flatness of the platform. Then, use foam sealing tape to seal. This is to prevent material mixing and extend the service life of the sieve.


Afterwards, some materials were used for screening testing. When the machine is working, ensure that the movement of the material is in a straight line. If there is a problem, check if the screen is being tightened.
