Technical parameters of roller conveyor

Please call or confirm the following technical parameters for customized roller conveyor:
1. Length, width and height of conveyed object;
2. Weight of each conveying unit;
3. Bottom condition of conveyed object;
4. Are there any special requirements for working environment (such as humidity, high temperature, influence of chemicals, etc.);
5. The conveyor is non-powered or motor-driven.
To ensure that the goods can be transported smoothly, at least three rollers must be in contact with the conveyed object at any time. For soft bag packaging, pallets should be added for transportation when necessary.
1. Selection of roller length:
Goods of different widths should choose rollers of suitable width. Generally, "conveying object + 50mm" is used.
2. Selection of roller wall thickness and shaft diameter:
The weight of the conveyed object is evenly distributed on the contacting rollers, and the required load-bearing capacity of each roller is calculated to determine the wall thickness and shaft diameter of the roller.
3. Roller material and surface treatment:
Depending on the different conveying environments, determine the material and surface treatment of the roller (carbon steel galvanizing, stainless steel, blackening or rubber coating).
4. Choose the installation method of the roller:
According to the specific requirements of the overall conveyor, choose the installation method of the roller: spring press type, internal tooth shaft type, full flat tenon type, through shaft pin hole type, etc.
For the tapered roller of the curve machine, the roller surface width and taper depend on the size of the goods and the turning radius.
