Filter Vibrating Sieve

Filter vibrating sieve is used in the food industry, chemical industry and other industries to deal with a small amount of production or less impurities of liquid materials. The volume of filter vibrating sieve is small but it can do great things in screening filtration.

The filter vibrating sieve adopts a new type of vertical vibrating motor as its vibration excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed at the upper and lower ends of the vertical vibrating motor, which can generate three-dimensional motion (including horizontal, vertical and inclined directions). The exciting force is efficiently transmitted to the screen frame and materials through the receiving tray, enabling effective material grading and screening.

By precisely adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower eccentric weights, the movement trajectory of materials on the screen surface can be flexibly controlled. This design ensures full and uniform grading of materials, significantly improving screening efficiency and accuracy.

Example: It can stably screen starch slurry, ceramic slurry, paint mucus, milk powder, and fine chemical powder without performance degradation.

Example: Even ultra-fine powder (300–500 mesh) or viscous slurry will not block the mesh; materials stay inside the sieve without splashing or loss.

Example: In kaolin or juice filtration, coarse impurities are automatically discharged, while qualified materials flow out graded, realizing 24-hour uninterrupted production.

Example: The machine can be moved manually between mixing tanks, reaction kettles or production lines without hoisting or fixed foundation.

The filter vibrating sieve shall be packed in a standard export wooden case with moisture-proof, shock-proof and firm reinforcement, suitable for long-distance transportation and multiple handling.

Transportation may be effected by air, sea, railway or road freight, and the mode of transport shall be selected by the Buyer.
