Chain conveyors are mainly divided into four categories: chain conveyors, suspension chain conveyors, mesh belt conveyors, and plug-in line conveyors.
Suspension chain conveyors
Suspension chain is a three-dimensional closed-loop continuous conveying system suitable for the automated conveying of finished items within and between workshops. According to the method of conveying objects, it can be divided into general and light traction suspension conveyors, general accumulation and light accumulation push suspension conveyors. The suspension chain uses ball bearings as chain wheels, and the guide rails are made of 16Mn material after deep processing, with a service life of more than 5 years. The commonly used chain pitches are 150/200/240/250, etc., and the single-point load-bearing capacity is also different. At the same time, by selecting the type of sling, the single-point load-bearing capacity of the chain can be increased. The conveyor line can turn and climb at will, and can adapt to various geographical conditions. The conveyor line is mainly used for aerial distribution of materials in the workshop. A reasonable design plan can organically combine related nodes such as warehouses and assembly lines, which can streamline the logistics of the workshop to the greatest extent and generate greater benefits. The conveyor line can also be used for the assembly of motorcycle frames and the drying and conveying equipment of spraying equipment.
Mesh belt conveyor
Mesh belt conveyor: The modular mesh belt uses plastic hinge pins extending over the entire width of the conveyor belt to assemble the injection-molded mesh belt into interlocking units. This method increases the strength of the conveyor belt and can be assembled into any required width and length. The baffles and side panels can also be interlocked with hinge pins to become one of the integral parts of the conveyor belt.
The mesh belt conveyor structure has: horizontal straight conveying, lifting and climbing conveying, etc. The conveyor belt can be equipped with lifting baffles and side baffles.
Plug-in line conveyor
The plug-in line conveyor uses a special aluminum alloy guide rail. The guide rail on one side close to the operating surface is fixed, and the other side can be adjusted and moved to ensure that the distance of picking up components each time is minimized, thereby improving production efficiency. This equipment is very suitable for the assembly line operation of electronic substrates. The guide rails are adjustable, and various substrates can be suspended and flowed. The chains that drive the substrates include stainless steel chains, carbon steel chains, and plastic steel chains. The guide rails and racks are made of aluminum profiles, stainless steel, carbon steel and other materials for selection.
